Satyam heads the Dispute Resolution and Litigation vertical of the Firm. His primary focus area has been high-stake complex contractual disputes, commercial litigation, and arbitrations including pre-litigation counsel. He is involved in the handling of corporate, civil, and criminal litigation and regularly appears before forums like the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Trial Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and the State and National Consumer forums. He was also awarded as the top 30 under 30 lawyer by Business World Legal.
With his diverse experience in various sectors, he advises clients on a wide range of matters including Technology law, Criminal law, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Data Protection laws and White-Collar crimes, as well as claims under domestic and international arbitration regimes including SIAC, LCIA, JAMS, and ICC. In addition, Satyam has extensively worked in negotiating and dealing with disputes arising from agreements and/or contracts. He has acted for domestic and international clients in strategizing and undertaking a variety of civil, commercial and corporate litigations and arbitrations. He has been actively engaged in a wide range of commercial and infrastructure arbitrations and arbitrations related to the oil and gas industry.
Notable litigation in which he advised and represented clients include international arbitration where he successfully negotiated a waiver in a JAMS arbitration seated at the State of California, the United States of America.
A graduate from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law in Patiala, Satyam has previously worked with leading Indian law firms like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and L&L Partners (formerly known as Luthra & Luthra Law Offices) in Delhi.

Ritika is an Advocate with 12 years of experience in dispute resolution and related legal advisory. In the course of her wide-ranging significant legal experience, she has worked on an extensive variety of matters, including but not limited to matters concerning commercial disputes, industrial disputes, consumer law, matrimonial disputes, criminal law, employment law, rights of senior citizens, insurance laws and intellectual property rights.
She has represented a number of leading daily english newspapers, builders, banks, pathology labs, news channels, airlines and various renowned individual personalities, in their complex and large-scale mandates, before various courts of law across the country. She acted for the Vice-President of a French brand in a contempt petition filed before the Delhi High Court emanating from the violation of an undertaking setting out the terms of a Family Settlement, forming part of her divorce decree. She also acted for a prominent newspaper in relation to proceedings filed before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court arising from an execution petition filed on behalf of 272 workmen, for execution of an award of reinstatement.
Ritika represented a Turkey based construction company at various stages of its arbitration proceeding against a public sector undertaking in respect of an EPC Contract. She also represented a public sector undertaking engaged in the power generation business in its various arbitration related proceedings before Delhi High Court
